Looks quite nice.
I'm not sure about the red pixels in the scaffolding, though. Some grey tones would be probably more appropriate. Also, I don't think these "feet" are very realistic. Usually, the poles of a billboard would be dug straight into the ground and have concrete foundations there, that are not visible from above.
Maybe you should also think about "draw ground" to make it more versatile.

After looking at some Filipino billboards, I think the feet might be realistic to keep them upright in flooded land.
