Recession park and three zoning parks

The recession park removes zones (game standard RCI only) intermittently next to roads, thus causing less tax income. (Requires a minimum population to build.)

The zoning parks remove themselves and spread outward from where you click. Spread in a direction is stopped when water or infrastructure is reached

Just click once!
A seed "grassonly" huge map with no roads takes my device 32 minutes real time to fill. The farm fields takes my device 49 minutes.
