Siauliai Building ( n°3 )

Hello ^^
This is my new plugin : a 2x2 colorful appartement from the city of Siauliai , Lithuania.
It was suggested by TobbytheGiftbear in the TT discord in the plugin-ideas section .
It was made firstly by Folesnaid . He give me the building after , asking me to improve it and put animations . So credits for Folesnaid for the start

So as i said previously , the building has animations , so there is 4 versions of it and use compact plugin space
