I would like to say this isn't completely mine as the textures it self were changed and altered myself... The building itself was made by @_Rock Fort_ and @LumPree that posted the original plugin then allowed @Ssss to make his own version and template that I saw could help me in what I was going for my first plugin... Anyways here is the before i changed the building template...

After Ssss ( another plugin creator ) has made his own version ( the green version you use )

I think its fine that you reedit the building as a first plugin, although you should come with some original ideas from time to time, maybe make a new house, or market, or new buildings for the game. Just be sure that you are not plagiarizing someone else's work, unless the authors allow their work to be altered for publishing.
