It's my try to implement train system in TheoTown.
Plug-in includes:
- railways, the same copy of the ones in in-game trains, but in road. Bridge graphics are included.
- trains: blue and red suburban trains and cargo train.

WIP:
- borders in bridge graphics: parts of trains could be visible behind them
- train and cargo stations: for now they're just some weird cubes, because I can't draw fancy graphics

Update 1:
- solved the problem with borders
- redrawn railways texture: they're now more squarish and the borders are smaller
- added old railways as a separate road
- added "stop" railways for railway stops, that are much slower than ordinary ones
- added "Trains" category
- removed old ugly 2x2 cubes
- added smaller and nicer 1x1 stops, building from game as cargo station and the prototype of railway station

I think I will wait for the train station update before trying this excellent plugin. Nicely done :)
I make small 1x1 or 2x2 plugins only.

Great stuff!
But if you have problems with the borders, why even bother with those weird pinkish rails anyway?
I think it would look far better, if you used regular rails, like those that there were in the early version of Theotown before it became an android game. Ground rails like that wouldn't need any borders.
For the bridge parts, you could use the grey version that I made a while ago, if you like:

Like the airport, except trains are coming.

It is like trains from Germany, France, Spain can pass throguh Italy in one station. Or Spain, France can have a rest on Germany for the last station.

What we planned on doing is making all of our trains cross compatible. I suggested we all used the same flag to achieve this effect.

There you have it. I even use flag tram since it is a general flag for trains.
