Zoned Area Roads

Zoned Area Roads
Instructions:
1. Zone an area corresponding to road type.
2. Make sure it has water, electricity, and parks.
For residential: schools also.
For commercial: sports also.
3.Build the roads; and place some bus stops, fire, and police.
4. Enjoy! Some challenges surely await!
You may download if you like for personal use only.
Each building has 500 residents or workers and is built as the road is built as long as the area has already been zoned corresponding to the road being used. You may zone regular or dense, it doesn't matter, the buildings will still be built. They are level 2.
50T for residential road, 501T for industrial and commercial.
Each zone has it's own car.

Cars from these buildings going all over the place stopping momentarily at various places.
Today, they need gas. Hurricane Harvey has disrupted refineries along the Texas coast. There are long lines at the gas stations that still have gas, and prices have risen $1 overnight.

Maybe tomorrow there may be strict requirements to meet before building the gas stations. For now, they are in the public (town hall) menu.

Prices dropping a bit, they are allowing winter gas to be sold. Glad my car adjusts for low grade regular. Affected cars range has been extended a bit. Now a limit on gas stations that may be built.

Please reduces the amount of car that it spawns, because the cars jamming the traffic like my dad playing guitar
