Hello! Its my next plugin, Cruiser Ship! (Fast, yup?)
It replaces container ships with new Cruisers!

It could be possible, but I don't know if the game supports spawning vehicles in the water yet.

Maybe write a "ship", not "car" in JSON? I dont Think it will work, but.. why dont Give a try?

At The first time, I write a my own ID in JSON and it works. But it dont spawn anyway.

You probably want some logic behind it. Yachts for example just drive around randomly, that shouldn't be that difficult to implement. But something like "drive from A to B" would be difficult.
