One suggestion:
You should add another screenshot (to this decal and the others that are "ground") which shows the range of building possibilities in connection to props or railways etc. that these decals add to the game first hand, similar to the screenshot from our PMs. So that people can immediately see for themselves what these decals have to offer compared to ordinary decoration textures.

Or spoken in business terms:
These building possibilities are sort of the decals' unique selling point and you should advertise it accordingly
