Evadeak, Theo's First Smart City!

Hi! I am working on a smart city called "Evadeak." It has 8,300 population and suprisingly enough, it has no factories! Although it generates less pollution by 2 Coal Plants and Harbor. It has a railway station, 3 seaports, 3 bus stops etc etc. This city is covered with forest, to save peoples from exotic pollutions. Here is a pic of it:
