No to this idea . Go play SC 2013 then. They have Maxis Man/Manor. Here is a pic:

Even so, code will be a problem, texture too. Also even in SC 2013 Maxis man is pretty useless, as I watched him sometime and he just hides in a Great Work the whole time or just make a field trip in the streets. (that's why he never saves anything) Poor Maxis man, blame his poor UI.
