Some practices that Rhinestone is using ...And the Philippines irl is that nets with small holes should not be used as much. Except when catching small fish. By having medium sized or large holes in the net, the young captured by the nets will be able to escape.

Yes they will decide but UN will impose 2 laws to each states that own parts of the reef :

Explosives and net banned ( it would heavily damage the reef ) ( especially the net wich totally destroy coral ) ( I think net could be used in some regulated areas )
Shark, whale, dolphins, orcas hunting wont be allowed
Again, explosives are already illegal in terms of fishing but I will repeat, you can't ban nets. How do you expect countries to supply the world's food needs when you prohibit the use of nets.

Also, save the turtles!

The problem is that nets ( even if holes are larges ) drain the coral and destroy thoses, we should add a limitation for net sizes

Turtle fishing will also be illegal, I suggest a new organisation for Oceanic and aquatic safety to be created

This is the problem we want to prevent with nets :

https://oceanservice.noaa.gov/education ... reats.html
Other damaging fishing techniques include deep water trawling, which involves dragging a fishing net along the sea bottom, and muro-ami netting, in which reefs are pounded with weighted bags to startle fish out of crevices. (Bryant, et al, 1998). Often, fishing nets left as debris can be problematic in areas of wave disturbance. In shallow water, live corals become entangled in these nets and are torn away from their bases (Coles, 1996). In addition anchors dropped from fishing vessels onto reefs can break and destroy coral colonies (Bryant, et al, 1998).

Adding a limitation for net sizes would cause the world food supply to drop. People need to eat and have fish as well. I suggest these propositions:

Overfishing be monitored by the state.
UN will conduct freedom of navigation exercises in international waters
Fishing of any endangered species or threatened species should be illegal.

Also, a new organization for oceanic and aquatic safety is not needed. The UN is already good enough.

Except we cannot ban nets altogether. We should educate the fishermen to practice eco friendly fishing. Fishing is commonly a livelihood for poor people. If we take away their nets, they won't be able to sustain their living since they need to find other ways to fish. Creating a boat which can catch fish through a basin would be good, however only the rich would benefit and we would have another problem on our hands concerning poor people.

Plus trawling is not a good practice in the long run.

UHAE would likely suggest to create fishes breeding area.
And well ... we already have a coral reef in atlantean territories of earth where fishing is totally illegal, there, local population of fishes and corals went ×3 .
Plus trawling is not a good practice in the long run
Exactly

We suggest that : its the same laws as we got in UHAE

1st time ) pay 1000 $ and get a warning
2nd time ) temporary confiscation of fishing licence and pay 1500 $
3rd time ) The fishing licence will be confiscated for 3 years and the fisher will pay 10000 $ and/or 1 year of prison
4th time ) definitive confiscation of the fishing licence, pay 25000 $ or/and 6 years of prison
5th time ) pay 100000 $ , 20 years of prison ,confiscation of ships and licence
6th time ) life prison

That's somewhat a little bit too harsh. But we're both different countries so I suggest that we keep the laws different in states but the same in international law.

Creating breeding areas is a bad idea. Forcefully isolating fish in an area causes stress and a change in the outcome of offspring.

The $1000 fine for first offense is I think too little, and when they are caught even at first offense, are their catches going to be confiscated? Cus its not specified above.

...(offtopic) Certain nations have been colonizing so much land, and its becoming frankly too unrealistic and op, small islands like guam, cape verde, falklands they are understandable but man whole nations and very lare islands. I will not be surprised if canada is now invaded lol. Anyways you do you as long as were all good here

Greetings from Rhinestone!

We will be having an emergency meeting regarding certain issues, which is the Arizelon order prohibiting foreign navies to pass the eastern section of the international dateline, and the mass colonization of islands worldwide

The order carried out is a complete violation of international law. A country cannot outright, ban foreign navies from passing the eastern section of the international dateline or any part of international waters at all.

We hereby demand that a UN Resolution will be carried to remove the order.

Also, we demand that all states whom have recently colonized islands in the Pacific, be granted independence.

Regards,
Diamond Palace
