Vandalism on streets of New Hirador!
Vandalism starts to grow in New Hirador. The most noticeable form of vandalism are these posters.
They have "HE DID IT" texts on them with a picture of Sedile's leader. Under the leaders picture, there's a number "10/8". The police still doesn't know what these numbers could mean and what did "HE" do?
