Hmmm, I have a CRR-LO9 (HUAWEI) and that was used to test the plugin. Wait I remember this! You have to put it in the block offices folder. The problem is that it hasn't been "defined" yet. This means that either it hasn't been created or the game hasn't sorted through the files enough to see the offices json (which defines the zone) but it has found my plugin, simply since it was before the office json.
Basically, the game hasn't found the office json but it has found my plugin. Just move it into the block offices folder with all the other offices.
