I made my first (test) plugin and this is not a simple test this is a hint of what I will do...

Nice all you have to do is erase the white background using either Novix or Pixly.

I can see cities without
water now when the water
tower gets to Lobby's version.
So water towers have a "lifespan" and change to this frame and stop producing water
Right?
