How do I put in game textures in my plugins?

How do I put in game textures in my plugins?

I think the title should be self explanatory, but how do I put in game textures, like trees and cars into my plugin?
I will of course credit the creators, and the app I use is Pixly for Android. Thanks in advance. :)
