Personally, I download the plugins on my computer ( but just the .zip , the others - google drive - do not work ) and then I put them on my phone.

Might be the solution for you too... :)

I think plugin creators deserve to protect and encrypt their content, and share whenever they want to. It is up to the plugin makers, for me I make plugins to experiment with my plugin making skills, so I just make my plugins available to all to experiment with. Other plugin makers have the rights for protecting their plugins with encryption, it is their right and there is nothing wrong with that since they make and own the plugin by copyright.

If you are talking about files with .plugin extension, it's impossible to extract them. They're encrypted and they're made for security of plugins.
Yes, but that means we can't modify them for personal use or see its coding so we can learn from it.
@Lobby , do something.
Like a decryptor or something.
Because "security" is stopping us from learning from plugins.

I'm not a statistician but I think that plugin production will decay after this ".plugin" implementation.
It's already in the game, but we can't use it.

If I do a plugin for weeks (1 month for FI), I surely don't someone want to steal it.

@former member
We said it many times, ANY editing isn't allowed.
Why would Lobby make a encryptor if he's gonna add a decyrptor too?
Many great plugins came out after ".plugin" addition
Sadly, that also prevents others from learning from experienced plugin-makers.
You can always ask Creators for code help.

I agree that we need more/better documentation.

Plugin encryption is essential for protection of property. Although there's no 100% protection, it's way better than nothing.

But you gotta admit that some great plugins came after "copying" another plugins

Well, as others have said, plugin makers have the right to encrypt their plugins, to protect them, to prevent others from "stealing" them. Sadly, that also prevents others from learning from experienced plugin-makers.

Finally, let me toss this graph here.

This graph looks random ah.
You probably included random insanely saturated RCI plugins too which nobody uses really.
Quality > Quantity

If you wanna learn, go to tutorials section like everyone.
Well, you're right, I'll have to go to tutorials section.
But I'm just gonna make a poll.
To see who wants this implementation to be removed
That should help ?
I read the whole thing and grabbed the code of many plug-ins and draw a box with the sample and my half-self-made plugin didn't work, not even a crash, not even a error, nothing TT just ignored it, it was just a waste of time, but hey, I'm a child (kind of), I've got plenty of Time, unlike you busy adults
