32x32 is max with decorations and parks. Possibly other non-RCI buildings.

Larger than 8x8 are very hard to place if they have influences. Even more so if there are animations.

the new evening palace is a project for Astrellia for a super mall / skyscraper & radio tower , but i need to know is size... 6 x 6 , 7 x 7, 8 x 8, 9 x 9 or 10 x 10
