Try to make it more blue and darken softly. Also only one helicopter on top and instead have an spawning armored van for the replaced second helicopter. These are just suggestions.

I think its very cool but the base of the building is sort of plain. Maybe add some details or a little border around the base.

 Shadows can't go beyond the template.
