Is there an option to put the city name in the text tag?
Something like [city name] or something.

Kinda like you place something on a city and the description of that thing contains the name of the city it's placed.

What do you think, @Lobby^[Posts][PM]?

You mean if city name is e.g. "Satelos" and when you build stadium it will had title-"Satelos stadium" automatically etc.
