Frame Importing

So im making a Building plugin it may doesnt work , but how can i export a frame from my computer to my phone? I use paint.NET to Make The Frame for the plugin

already finished my building, it looks bad, but thats beacuse im not experienced to make a frame

1. Make sure that there are no transparent pixels to the edges (that means you have to decrease your canvas size a bit)

2. Move the image file on your phone storage. The easiest way is using a USB cable. If you don't have one, you may send it yourself in a email on your phone for example or upload it somewhere (like Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Cloud)
