Most likely it's because of the tag "xgimp" which should be "bmp" instead.

It is not drawn in MS-Paint. It is part of a photo.

A photo is not the problem, but it is nearly impossible to find a picture with the correct view-angle.

Working with real photos....to get them into the right view-angle is a pain in the ass and takes a lot of time.

Sometimes i am using this technique, because of the colors.
Last time i used it was the Europa-Passage.
It took me 10 hours to create it.

Here you can see how it was done:


And for copyright reasons it is not allowed to take complete buildings from photos unchanged into the game.
This is also one of the reasons why it took so long to create the Europa Passage ... many parts of the building have been drawn manually
