Here are a few visual Guides for you to download and reference on the go:

This will help you find what x and y values you'll need to use when placing, destroying, etc using fun.
roof_types.png

This will help you remember common roof types if you are making textures.

I have a question, what do numbers on the bottom of every roof type mean?

The top numbers are the slope of the roof, and the bottom set of numbers is how much one part of the slope increases by.
