It's the tag for destroyed ground after fires and catastrophes. Ex. The meteor crater.

I know. But idk How to use it. And can it appear only when specific bldng is destroyed?

Yes, destroyed is the garbage when a house got destroyed or also meteorite craters. However, there's no use in adding own ones as the game picks them out by id instead of availability.

I would like to make some buildings with monthly income like a casino, a opera or high tier factory ( aircraft factory, rocket factory. .. )

It is illegal to play casino if you have an islam religion

I would create it as commercial building as casinos are commercials in real world, too. About income, that's currently not supported for plugin buildings.

Radius just is the max difference from height where building can spawn.
