Graphic memory isn't cleared before usage, so it depends on your device what's in it. Many devices will clear it automatically :p

No, I cannot. It depends on how your device used the memory before, and that's dependent on OS, firmware, driver and many other factors.

It may contain sensible data, that's why the OS should clear it before providing it to an app.

Exactly. I could delete it manually, but I see no need to do so. If texture space is needed it will be overriden anyways.
