When you change the bridge type of a highway, only one side is changed at a time.

In the highway bridge menu the highways are red.

Another thing: In the middle of the Highway there are barriers on the left side, while there are none on the right.

Yes, highway bridges are still a big buggy.

About the decoration bug, is has to be like that if you didn't set "draw ground" to true.
