Example. I have hospital A and B, they working normal. Then i reenter in the game and H A is overfilled and H B is empty. Ok. I remove both and build new ones on the same places. All become normal.
I reenter, H A is empty and H B is overfilled. Ok, once again.
I reenter, H A is ok, H B has less patient than usual and H C is overfilled. Oookay. I remove all hospitals, wait few days, build them again and all become normal. For now.
I reenter... You know what's next.

About students. Elementary schools have similar problem but not so strong. Sometimes reached number is greater than needed. That's odd, isn't it?

Is this problem new with version 233 or did you notice it before?

Hm, it's still difficult to reproduce. If I open the last mentioned city in that thread I see this issue, but when I rebuild them it disappears.

Sent current city. When something's wrong it's easy to notice by number of needed/reached patients.

Everything looks great for me. Maybe I fixed it with version 234 by removing some optimizations which caused some code mechanics to be unreliable. Please report when you have tested it :)

Problem was remain when i start v 234. I rebuilded all hospitals and all become normal. I reenter, it seems to be ok.

I paused the game and reenter.

That was a hard to find bug. For performance reasons we use sorted lists of all buildings to find near buildings fast. The problem was the insertion algorithm into that list weren't fully precise. Not a problem for most usages, but here, with such a big city, errors accumulated, so some people couldn't find the building nearby.

235 will fix it, I'm sure about that.
