Kind of Secret Building

There is a somewhat rare commercial $ building that can spawn without you placing commercial zones. Its rare because itll only spawn if you place commercial zones near water. I dont have any screenshots at the moment because i am writing this on pc but it looks like a commercial fishing dock. the weird thing about this zone is that you dont need to place roads for it to spawn and it might spawn on areas where you didnt even place commercial zones. The only reason I found out about this is when I accidentally made one on my let's-play world. Might look good on seaside themed maps. I hope this helped someone.

The helicopter came in a few beta versions ago. I don't think it has been in the last two though.

That's right, the helicopter is included for test reasons only. You can spawn it by disabling energy saving and enabling debug mode. It will always fly to where you tap in your city

Nice to see, that the fishing dock has been noticed.
