Bridges. If little traffic, just place the road straight through.

I need to give trucks ability to go left right or straigh or express roads got blocked

Moment i wont show map cause its so rubbishy but i will show screenshot of situation on my test map just wait an moment

I dont want to delete buildings at the green spehere(forgot it)

Just use a highway bridge as shown by the white corners from one side of the highway to the next. Don't cross the highways, be sure the barrier stays between the two directions.
