Instead of roads being a total rubble during a disaster, how about just adding an overlay to it, that makes it look damaged?
I think that this should only be applicable for some disasters, like the earthquake or a tornado.

This was added in the latest update, but it looks strange when a road is not near any buildings. Garbage just magically appears onto roads when an earthquake, bomb, or meteor hits.

A tsunami in the normal sense shouldn't totally destroy a road, most likely just cover it, and then when the tsunami recedes, the road reappears and is undamaged.

But the tsunami is not an official Theotown disaster, and unfortunately, the only tsunami mod for this game really sucks.
