I do not know why if you change taxes to 16% people leave the city.
Here in Mexico the taxes are at 16% and we are still alive.

No its because "The political mafia"
My president an his party are a pieces of sh*t and a fckng robbers without Pallot that during the earthquakes they stole all the resources that went to the damaged ones and that now they will be used to make electoral frauds in the next elections.
Due to 16% we all live in misery.
Luckily, the simpsons predicted that Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador won the elections and will return our money and we will stop eating eggs every day.

Higher tax : More monthly income = more moneyz : Less happiness = if something goes wrong, protests will begin faster and cause more damage.

I think. It's just my speculation.
My cities are at 10% and living on the edge...

Let's not stray away from the topic.

Generally speaking you can leave the taxes as they are, but you can influence what type of residents/businesses you want in your city by adjusting taxes. For example if you want wealthy citizens to move in, then lower the TTT residential tax.
