:P when I change my sdcard I lost my huge citys and regions. its so bad thing.

So your cities/regions were stored on the sd card? In this case it should help to copy the whole TheoTown folder from the old sd card to the new one.

Simply
Settings>apps>downloaded>Theotown>move to device storage
Do this and you'll have not problems with your data
Even without the SD card
