The update is at 20% rollout. Not all users will get it. The users who get it are picked by Google.

It still has issues for some issues, that is one of the reasons why it's not available for all.

@soumya-8974 Metro tunnels are actually under road tunnels, so they don't collide. It's just drawn differently for visualization purposes.

I believe that the metro access point automatically builds a tunnel 1 tile in each direction.
