I would think that the industry should be zoneable, because reforestation needs alot of space to create it. Maybe we could zone it on empty places without trees

I kinda don't like the reforestation place to be, a building. Maybe we can use the ability to zone it. I would like to see the reforestation zone featured in the IAP
