Beta 214

Not sure if I'm the only one with these issues:
1. Graphics at bottom of page flickers.
2. Just about everything is locked; no idea how to unlock.
3. Touch screen is not as sensitive as it was before...I have to work at it to get done what I want done.

Beta 215 is out. Touch input is listed as an improvement.

1. Would be good to know what exactly flickers
2. Population. It's not final, but I think it's the way we want to go
3. As CommanderABab stated, touch input should work better now with 215
