Nice cars. I like the supercar and the muscle car especially.
The two center frames of the station wagon look a bit cut off at the top. I don't know whether this is intended.

Good job overall. But I agree, it needs something on the roof.
Maybe make some ac-units, some ventilation shafts, some power cables or antennas etc. You could also do some divisions on the roof that separate the different sections of the building like the ones visible on one of the google maps images.

The light grey building is not supposed to look like it's in snow, I made it myself, it's made from an ingame residential TT building but changed color and added some "dirt" on the walls to make it look more run-down. It's for level T instead of TT. I made it quickly so it may not be the ...

I don't think so. These trees are far taller than the ones from the game, so it wouldn't really look good if you had these intermixed with the pines. Also, you wouldn't be able to make pinetree forests like the one from the example image anymore, because you could only select one individual tree at ...

Very good job! It looks so realistic. Maybe some more deco like stacked tires or campers out of the circuit. Yes, I thought about the tire-stacks, and maybe the traffic barriers could be reworked in that regard. But it would be so much work, I don't have the time unfortunately. We have nice campers...

I actually like the Go-cart track. I think it would fit nicely inside the racetrack here, because in real-life, many race tracks have some carting track somewhere on the premises as well ;)

It looks quite good.
The roof could be a bit darker maybe and the capacity is indeed a bit too high. I recommend you go into sandbox-mode and compare it with other buildings of similar height and size and give your building a comparable amount of inhabitants.

It could be some problem with the coordinates in the JSON of the decal. Not sure.
