There is no free version of TheoTown on PC unless you emulate an Android device (bluestacks) or can run Android apps natively (like in Windows 11, supposedly)

It just removes the challenge of building and managing these services yourself.

You can't unless your a "privileged plug-in creator." The only way to become one is to post high quality plug-ins and ask the mods afterwards.

People can't give you the codes because they'll get their privileges revoked.
