Sorry but this map is hard Hughes size mode, sandbox mode not ... I repeat mode hard Huges map. SANDBOX MODE NO.

I do not understand what you mean with hack .... I do not use any of it, playing the game as it is boring and I find the easy way, so this is my third city in hard mode and large size.
