Same here. My 200,000 city now 67000. Transpotation 50% everywhere. Another city with complete train station coverage also transportation 50% everywhere. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Same here. My 200,000 city now 67000. Transpotation 50% everywhere.

Another city with complete train station coverage also transportation 50% everywhere.

I've found that sometimes the city just stagnates if it has been open a long time. Then I save it and close it. When I reopen it, there is a sudden growth spurt.

Farms need a 4x4 square minimum land area.
Check the demand for $ industrial. If it isn't in demand, the farms will be slow to grow.

Raise your taxes until you get positive income. You may have to remove any unused roads (but not the one way loop!) and other structures costing money monthly in the meantime.

On the hard level cities, I tax everything at 20% until I get enough revenue to work with.
Then slowly reduce, trying to keep monthly revenue in the green.


The residents will be unhappy most about taxes until the rate is 10% or below.
