What does traffic influence mean?

Basically if it shows red, the buildings nearby will complain of transportation problems, thereby reducing the transportation happiness

Definitely go for Hearts of Iron 4 or Cities Skylines maybe both although they are quite unforgiving for you're pocket especially HOI4
