It's because of the same reasons, but I also zone towns for different neighborhoods.

@SomeGermanGuy, RCI buildings with transperant ground show the zone color under them, which does not look very nice. You could add a ground texture under it to avoid seeing it.

I don't wanted a ground texture, so that you can add one yourself.
