Thanks. I discovered that the buses are probably tied up in massive unmoving traffic jams that develop in unviewed sections of the city. In debug mode, it said that I had over 6,000 cars on the road. Using the police clears the jams, and temporarily lowers that to about 5000. 54,000 habitants. Will ...

Two suggestions:

1. Color code the trains according to the general zone they started from or are going to.

2. A parkland zone that would build parks to fit the available space, deducting the price from the estate of course. Or a nature zone that would grow trees back.

I've since added stations in to fill the remaining red spots and some extra tracks to bypass stations :)

The city also gained a blue commercial skyscraper.

Upon thinking about this, Theotown may be trying to save the city when the back button is pressed. I have saved the city manually on occasion. The newest version rakes about a minute to do this. I had it crash once when I deleted a train station accidentally. It took it a while, but the game reloaded the city to a previous state.

The bus depots are not reaching all the bus stops. I have up to 7000 waiting at a stop.

Soon after I took these screenshots, the game crashed when I sent the fire department into the area. I hsd been sending the police to clear the roads. A reason build the poIice departments. I was interested to see if the roads would clear for the fire department. Pretty sure it was a memory problem ...

With near 30000 residents, ran into a poluttion problem after adding land in the southern sector.. it was polluted. added the land. added trees to it replaced with parks removed parks put down residential zone, best happinness was 50% due to the pollution.
