Tadu is the land of trading route between DUVAN and SALOR
This land has no people live. And also DUVAN mayor alert someone to build a house here, when someone build a town here they will be destroyed by missles from DUVAN.

On the other hand, how does having workers in service buildings cause unemployment? If anything it should create more jobs. Since automatic disaster has been added, TheoTown have more challenge. But we need more challenge, add worker on all service building, such large fire station, police station and more!.
