How does the internet works

All of the pending plugins that were submitted the same time as mine were all approved. Except mine. They didn't even at least disapproved it! Why do you ignore my plugins ? I've also noticed that I need to resubmit a lot of times in order for plugin moderators to notice. This is just not right. :(

Hello! This is my new plugin. It consists of a grass decal, with border, edge and winter frames (The latter one by Lobby and Theo) .
It's darker than the vanilla grass.

Note : Does not support terrain shading.

What do you think?

Hello! Some SC4 Fan here. I present you my new plugin : It includes an old building which people usually rent out for the holidays. It has a very great park and nature influence. Include night frames!

Some textures came from Lobby and Theo.

Just do not understand this. Why? When these two sentences have similar meanings? When "replace" is not even a gross or bad word?
This is just not on my plugins but on ALL plugins on the store.
