Hi all i have a couple of qeustions. First where to download plugins? Second how to instal them? Can someone say it because i dont know how i can do this and is it possible to write an plugin on your phone (my compture died and i dont have the money to buy a new one)

What about an moonbase qith high tec buildings like hightech schools,shops,factories, houses roads mayby some launch ships that goes to earth and back
