That's a great idea and I might eventually add it.

However, the feature to report plugins is a requirement from Google for apps that offer user generated content. What I can do is to try to add simple filters for them.

You probably have a copy of your TheoTown folder on your sd card. I recommend to rename it unless you explicitly want the game to load the plugins from there, too.

It will internally try to create a 16x16 sized city, so that might fail due to RAM limitation.

It's complicated. If you provide 16 frames for "border frames" it will place them around the zone like for the airport zone. The alignment of the frames (that means the meaning of the i-th frame) is the same as for the frames of roads . "road border frames" works similar and will be displayed instea...

If you move your plugins and maps folder to a different place nothing will be deleted. However, by doing we can see if it is actually plugin or map related.

So does moving plugins to outside of the plugin folder help? Does the game say that it doesn't start because of plugins?

I noticed those ground railways don't work with any of the train stations, plugin or non-plugin. Probably due to the use of the new flag "flag train" instead of "flag tram" or even user defined flags. So I guess that your device has 512 MB of RAM.

Since the Play Store doesn't allow me to let users who already downloaded the game see the entry I'll remove the exclusion rule.

Does the game freeze in startup? If that's the case it might help to restart the device.

It's not supported as of right now since it usually leads into trouble if you remove the sd card. How much space do they take up for you? In my experience most plugins take up just some kilobytes of space.

What device are you using? You might give energy saving in the settings a try. Do you play on a huge map? That might be part of the issue.

I didn't remove it. What texture size does it show when you enter pt into the console (above the texture)? Maybe your device already uses a large texture.
